So I tried out polycarbonate for the first time… Everyone has said it has major delamination issues. I had no problems with it sticking to the bed or itself. Seems a lot stronger than other filaments too

That’s the infill. It’s a pretty clear filament

It only has delamination issues if you don’t print it at the proper temperature (too low).

My bed was at 100 and nozzle at 260. Seems to be my new favorite filament. Kinda expensive though

They are right. You really have issues with de lamination when you have your temp too low. Same thing happened with me when I printed PETG at 230. Bumped it up to 240 and have had zero issues.

That is likely not ‘polycarbonate’. It is probably some blend made for easy printing at the expense of strength and temperature tolerance. Polycarbonate won’t even extrude well below 300c.

My friend it is my wel

Is it ePC or pure polycarbonate?

Can you share what you printed this at?

It is inland polycarbonate filament. 260 nozzle 100 bed .2mm layers 30%infill 60 mm/s

I have heard that Inland is an ESUN rebrand, which would make it ePC and explain why it’s not horrible to print. ePC is good stuff, but it’s WAY blended – Tg is only ~120C vs normal PC at 150C for example.
