So I'm pretty sure there's a glitch in LW4 regarding Filter Fill and Filter

So I’m pretty sure there’s a glitch in LW4 regarding Filter Fill and Filter Stroke. No matter what I do I cannot get anything other than black. I believe I’m at the point in my file prep that I’d be doing this correctly but I’m all ears if you have suggestions. This is LW4 running on Smoothie.

Are the files importing in with colours shown in the workspace area?

I know when I was saving SVGs in Adobe Illustrator, there are a few options regarding how the styles are included in the file that made a difference to whether LW4 would read them as coloured strokes/fills or not. I did add a page on the wiki for it:

@Yuusuf_Sallahuddin_Y I’m sure this is exactly what I need however I need figure that out in inkscape or corel but im confident that’s my issues.

I discovered last night I was exporting with CLASS attributes. I’ll have to read more about this… And just to note, the files I’ve been working with are created from scratch. I will try your advice and move back to inkscape and give it a shot. Thanks for all the advice. I’ll update this thread accordingly.

+Peter van der Walt I think I’m getting there. Still more to learn but at least my exports are looking as planned (right or not). My embedded bmp’s are still huge and not in the right location but I’m getting closer!
