What makes no sense is I can cut arms for this quadcopter frame all day with no problems but try to cut a frame piece and it screws up seems like every time but there were some success. So the intermittent part throws me, if it was something out of adjustment why would it sometimes work flawlessly?
Just a guess, but It could just be one particular movement that causes the problem, and that part happens to have the conditions to allow that movement, (like trying to accelerate too quickly).
it’s doing it right in the middle of the second pass it just jogs over a mm and then cuts into the piec on this side and into the waste material on the other side three times now it repeated this and I even rebuilt the file in JScut for the third one to no avail.
