So I’ve just finished building my Kossel Pro. I’ve also installed the Azteeg X5 1.1 and almost everything’s working. My main issue is understanding how to configure the zprobe with with the smoothie ware. First off, my probe’s just not working. It won’t run at all. I’ve enabled it in the configuration file, but I still can’t seem to get it to run and calibrate.

When attempting to run a G32 (full calibration sequence), All I get is an error message “zprobe triggered before move, aborting command” and the calibration process doesn’t run. I can’t figure out why I’m getting this message - I’ve searched this message online with no results.

Anyone who can offer any advice, I would be greatly appreciated.

@Chris_Wilson What is the result of the “M119” command, both when the probe is triggered, and when it is not ?

@Alex_Skoruppa You’re a life saver! Thank you. I know you’ve moved on to FSRs but, I’m curious how to configure the automatic drop of the feeler guague, then when finished the probe, to re-set the feeler? Should that procedure be included in the G32? If not, how do I configure the coordinates and the process for dropping and re-setting the probe?
