So, out of boredom and being stuck at home sick friday night, I figured “what the hell”, and slapped up a quick wiki on my hosting. It’s a little rough yet, and I have yet to start adding in my code, but I think it might be a good way to collect everything - even if it’s just links to people’s githubs or hosting. It’s using DokuWiki, so it’s really easy to edit, and I’ve left it open for everyone to do so.

I have a feeling this is really going to help me. Thank you so much!!
I added 2 links to your wiki that have helped me along with the LPD8860. It’s 2 collections of effects I’m sure would work on other chipsets if modified. I hope this help.
Definitely appreciated.
One of the things I’m working on is how best to share code snippets. I’m thinking mostly a psuedo-code type of thing, to keep things generic enough to be easily rewritten. Everyone has their own style of code.
For example, I’m not a very high-level coder, so my stuff is all separate functions with globally scoped variables where needed. And then I look at what Daniel just posted, and it’s very much different. This is kind of why I’m trying to make things more … generic? Modular? I dunno. Ideally this will be a library of code snippets that anyone can look at and integrate into their code.
I recently just stopped by this page you mentioned: http://ledpatterns.twyst.us/doku.php
It looks like it has been hacked, just a heads up!
ditto, although the information was informative and well structured, not like the usual hack!
