Turning the motor current down a bit will probably take care of it. Also , stepper motors use more current and generate more heat holding position then they do when they are moving. See if your firmware has the option to turn off current to the motors if they are idle over a certain amount of time. Marlin and a few others have that feature. When using a delta it is not a feature you want enabled on your other motors. But on dual extruder set ups and Cartesian style printers that aren’t constantly using the Z axis between layer changes it can help avoid generating extra heat.

the extruder curret is only .35A if i go any lower it wont extrude.
