So this is the noise I was talking about earlier. Any ideas on how to quiet it.
I don’t hear any rail noise at all. All I hear is stepper motor noise, and you don’t/can’t get rid of it. You can make it quieter, or almost silent, but you’re talking big bucks. Sorry, those of you who are thinking of the silentstep drivers too - they’re not suitable for 3D printing.
Sounds like you could drop the current on the driver a little. Sometimes it helps. Have you reflashed the firmware recently?

@raykholo it will lose steps on anything approaching 60mm/s. It’s only for slow movement.
I don’t know if they fit on this specific printer, but Astrosyn stepper dampers are amazing for quieting down motor noise.
