So with the deal Misumi had I picked up new sliders (PLRH25-400) for my RoBo3D to replace the junk ones it came with. I can now get the bed almost perfectly flat no matter how far out the bed moves. (the old sliders had play in them that made it impossible to make the bed stay level) Here’s some pictures.

Are they printed or moulded extruder gears?
Yes they are molded. Pretty much everything is molded. The only thing on my machine that isn’t is the belt holders for the y axis, but those are molded on the newer machines.
