No, but from talking to SOM vendors in the past, I’d guess in low volumes it’s more than the BBB. For a custom design, the SOM approach (uSomIQ) is much easier to work with than the “motherboard” approach (BBB) - for example, you can make your motherboard fit your design (case dimensions, connector types and locations).
BTW, the RPi guys are coming out with a SOM.
