@cris_luna The rods are square carbon. Wheels are POM, profile alu 20x20 Open Build and all remaining parts are 3D printed (including the red nuts).

Are you going bowden style?

Printing PLA with good fans should let you have speed. Otherwise, some like ABS require a minimum layer time.

Dyneema 1 mm. It’s rated at 130 kg before rupturing. Quite cheap at my local shop for sea related stuff. Something like 0.5 Euros per meter. Around 10 meters are required…
