Some dovetails
I needed a solution to attach my 3d printed projectors to tripods, so I adapted the profile shared by generic (cheap) tripod quick release plates.
I’ve made a drawing of this, and hope you find it useful (or maybe use it to create GuerillaBeam accessories 
).

Depending on your print quality, you should add some tolerance to the inner parts, otherwise you might need a hammer for (dis)assembly. I find that reducing the width by -0.2mm works, but your mileage may vary.
