Some impressions. I did a lot of modification as example using bearing inside differential, wider cases a so on.
The Care were printed with many different material for testing reason. The gears where printed with reinforced carbon material and also bridge nylon from tulman3d. Absolut great material  thanks a lot they guys they develop that kind of great material.

Looks great Frank! What carbon filament did you use? What are you printing with? Your prints look fantastic.

I used the carbon filament from http://www.proto-pasta.com it’s realy one of the best filament that I ever used. Easy to print wiht a great looking result. I did printed with a ultimaker 2 the gears with a layer high of 0.05 / 210C / 50mm.

Have you some feedback about the resistance of you carbone print on a running car ? can you compare to ABS or else ?
