Some more powder coated plates for a couple new builds
I considered powder coating my plates as well. Are you concerned at all about alignment issues because of the coating thickness?
I was on the first set, the only place it was tight was where there was eccentrics placed. A couple I just ran a drill bit through again, some I just used a carbide deburring hand tool. It’s only a couple thousands. It’s actually nice having the eccentrics tight because it gives the most possible adjustment.
