The bust of Nefertiti from the recent scan at the Berlin Museum as posted on Thingiverse. Printed on a CTC Dual Head using experimental Polywood filament at 40% infill with raft and support. This is a 40% scale down of the Thingiverse STL. I just took her off the printer so I haven’t cleaned her up yet. The striations/ridges almost disappear on some surfaces thanks to the Polywood. I slowed the print down to 45mm/s. Treatment with XTC 3D is next. The scan much like the actual bust, is exquisite. A small tribute to a great queen.
