Stupid mistake using autolevel. I had z set to homing AND limits. Set to just homing it works and is really cool too. so next is milling the board.
First test results using Arduino mega sample Eagle file (mirrored) to Chilipeppr. I used defaults for everything. Autolevel made up for the warping of the board because I just clamped down both ends and I could see it was bowed. Not an ideal setup but I have fallen in love with autolevel. Learned a few things like that is cuts out the board at the end. I think double sided tape is the way to go for that. Anyway, thanks for the push from Ray and to John for even making this possible. I cannot imagine trying to do this any other way.

Looks very good, keep going. You can use double-side tape or better very small drops superglue cuz if you drill a hole in pcb then it’s possible that the double side tape will bad for ur driller.
