Take 2 (actually, more like take 10, but only the second reasonably successful result) Thanks to all who gave me advice on my last post!

Problems still to solve:
Bad layer adhesion on the bottom
Warping (still)
Unsuccessful bridging

Yellow Frog Tape and hairspray once again, it looks like the key is a light coating of hairspray, not enough to cause reflection. Printed at 210 C, per the advice of @paul_wallich , that was about as low as it would go. Currently printing another part at 215 C, we’ll see how well that goes. I don’t know if you can see it in the photo, but the part actually lifted up on some kind of bubble, possibly caused by the heat on the Frog Tape. I’m going to try blue tape (maybe sanded) with hairspray next time.

Add another problem to that list: Backlash - check your belt tension and pulleys.

If you haven’t already, make sure you have a fan with printed fan shroud blowing on your print.

How many top layers do you have it set for in the slicer? Looks like 1 or 2 in the middle area which will give you very spotty fill on top of areas with low infill.

@ThantiK Thanks for pointing that out. I’ve checked my belts and pulleys, and sure enough, my Y-belt was astoundingly loose, and my X-belt as well (though not as bad). I’ve tightened them, and I think that’s helped.
@Brook_Drumm I have printed the fan shroud, but I’ve held off on using the fan on ABS. I’ll try that on my next go. Thanks!
@Ryan_Hescock_Stanos I think it’s two or three. I’ll move that up to 4 or 5, thank you!

Fan on abs probably isn’t the issue. More too layers will hide the droop on first top layer. That much droop could mean you are a little hot too
Best of luck
Brook

@Brook_Drumm Thank you! I’ll move my temperature down, and I’ve increased the layer fill amount to 5, so hopefully that will work.
