Squircling was reduced by slowing down the print speed. I suspect breaking in helped as well. I’ve got some linear bearings set aside for later, but am pretty darned happy with the @igus1 plastic bushings for most of the printer (I moved away from their skate bearings for z-belt guiding, and their drop-in replacement for bushings on the Z-axis…there was too much drag. XY movement seems to have improved with use, and not needing lubrication is a plus.
