Test fitting the laser sintered sabot … I did discover that even though they printed two copies from the same exact file, the copies don’t match. One of them is slightly smaller than the other. I’m planning to fire of an e-mail in the morning. Maybe there’s a reason for the shrinkage? But, these two shells fit perfect. Keep in mind that the two boards won’t be separated once everything is put together - they would’ve already been stacked and soldered together.

What type of plastic is that was it 3d printed? looks way to good to be 3d printed if it is.
It’s not 3D printed, it’s laser sintered.
I’m sorry I didn’t know what that meant… now I gotta research that… I swear I learn something new everytime you post.
