That moment after you’ve submitted a job to the fab-house when you think to yourself, “I’m stuck with this. Any new changes will have to wait. Did I do everything right? Double checked component sizes? Oh dear …”
Of course it doesn’t help that I’m a perfectionist and within 2 hours realized I wanted to flip something from the bottom back to the top … nope, too late now. It’ll have to wait for Rev. 2 … #POVpoi
“DANGIT!”
It’s hard when you’re wearing all the hats, from concept, design, layout, all the way to fabricating. Making sure what I placed in the layout will actually work with the enclosure design, if not, which one will change, and how. Sometimes it’s easy to move a component so it’s easier to 3D print the enclosure, other times I have to fight the enclosure and 3D printer limitations to make things work. and people wonder why R&D takes sooo dang long.
