The LM8UU bearing is very tight on 8MM rod, Similar to what is discussed in http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?151,93669,111002

I measured the rods dia is 8mm, and LM8UU’s inner dia too 8 mm.

How to fix this

Add some quality grease, which will make them a lot smoother for now. In the long run, both the smooth rod and bearings will run in and eventually go from overly tight to loose.
Also check the quality of your smooth rod - if it’s not super smooth and glossy and has a radial structure / roughness, i’d suggest polishing it with an abrasive metal or chrome polish just to smooth out the very top layer.
