The vast majority of 3D printers, even those for hobbyists or “makers,” will typically run you north of $1,500 (and often more than $2,500). But a few models can be had on the cheap.

They shouldn’t have included printers that are yet to be shipped, how can anyone say for sure they are worth that money…
Ummm one printer under $500 and then we have one over and 3 vapour products that may cost more than $500 when released. Bad article.
