The webcam stream [of octoprint] now (finally ;)) has a fixed height in landscape/unrotated mode as well, meaning no more jumping controls when it loads! The aspect ratio is selectable between 16:9 (the default) and 4:3 via a new setting. And the rotated view is now properly centered. Additionally a little notice informs you about whether the stream is still loading or if loading failed (and if so, what to do about that).
