There’s a resin sale going on at http://www.kudo3d.com/resin-sale/ from now until May 30. In particular, Spot-A and 3DM resins are on sale for the best prices I’ve seen on the Internet. If you have a printer that prints on FEP film, they perform spectacularly.
The 3DM-ABS resin, in particular, is pretty amazing stuff. it has the least adhesion to FEP film combined with the most adhesion to the build plate of any resin I’ve used. It’s also extremely low viscosity (which means quick settling between layers), high detail, and has no shrinkage. Large flat parts will print flat and stay flat after curing. Parts come off the printer with a hard, smooth surface and no tackiness. It also exposes quite fast, in the 4-14 second range at 100 micron XY resolution on a mercury lamp projector.
If you have a resin printer with a FEP film based vat, this stuff is amazing.
Yes, this stuff is twice as expensive as MakerJuice, but it’s ideally formulated for DLP + FEP film printers. If you have a printer of that type, I highly recommend trying it.
