Thinking about getting Simplify3D for my Da Vinci 1.0A. Has anyone used this software? And if so, what is your opinion of it?

It’s all in all quite nice. Does the same things as Repetier and Pronterface using essentially the same toolchain, so don’t expect much difference in printing, but the interface is very clean and user-friendly and the presets are generally spot-on.

If only they provided evaluation versions.

I’ve had good results with it. Pretty reliable. Have yet to have issues with the slicer.
