This has been fun so far
I used too hate running wires, but now that I have all of the necessary crimping tools it’s much better
I hate the open concept on the RAMBo mount but it makes maintenance so much easier lol. Now i just need to manage the wires a little better
Out of curiosity why are you replacing the framing? Only benefit I can see would be increased print speed due to the rigidity.
Increased print speed and less noise
For reduced noise you would’ve been better off grabbing their new board. If you have the means I would highly recommend you pick one up. They’re so choice
Their Einsy board? Isnt it 24V thou?
It can handle anything between 10-24V
Is the x axis carriage backwards?
Why would it be backwards?
It looks like in the picture that the extruder would go toward your electronics and psu, and not mount toward the lcd.
Should look like this, I maybe wrong but it looks backwards.

In that picture the Y axis idler is on the front and the Y axis motor is in the back. Same as on my printer
X axis
Oh. Yeah i had it backwards when i took that picture lol
Yeah its an upgrade for the MK2S i had to rig it up cuz i had a few errors but no 2nd printer to make repairs. Thankfully im almost done. No spool holder yet so im using my old frame to hold my spools lol
@Griffin_Paquette slipping in a Ferris ref…nice!
