This is 3rd or 4th design of fan duct for E3D v6.
I tried to solve asymmetric air flow using one 40mm fan attached one side, but failed.
At last I decided to go dual fan duct, and turned out to be good choice.
It shows best performance by far.
It can be printed in one piece.

@Griffin_Paquette Thank you!! I still want to improve mine to commercial level printers. And It might be too early but Hbot can be good as Corexy if use linear rail & tight belt

I’ve made an air duct using one 50mm fan. Works like a charm. I guess it depends on how you wanted to redirect the air.

I wraped the end of my nozzle with ceramic wool I got from qubd holding on the nozzle with kapton tape.
That way, I can direct airflow directly at the very tip of the hotends and that way, I have an easier time with long bridges…
