This is a ‘stand’ for the Creality Ender-2 printer that I have been working on. It is my first ever attempt at designing/modelling with Fusion360 (or anything else for that matter). It works for me and houses the PSU that is otherwise loose. There is room to just slip the PSU with its case in, or you can rewire and install a mains switch - which I intend to do.

The biggest problem with it, is that you cannot easily print it on the Ender-2 itself - which, to be honest feels a bit lame to me. One could chop the parts up in Meshmixer or something, print them and glue the parts together. It might work, but not an elegant solution.

I’m not sure whether to put this on somewhere like Thingiverse now or wait till I never finish fiddling with it. If anyone is interested I’ll try to get my backside into gear and upload the STLs and even maybe, possibly some instructions…

I should also mention. This was inspired by a comment made by Nerys in his review of the Ender-2 , which played a large part in my decision to buy this great little printer.

Nice design work. I’m just getting started with Fusion 360 (one or two weeks) and the best way to learn is to make something for your printer :slight_smile:
