This is by far best prints for me, as for surface quality without z-layer artifacts
I’ve troubled over eliminating z-layer artifacts though it was not too much.
Basically, I designed current printer focusing on rigid z-stage to solve it.
Until today, I didn’t make it despite of all efforts.
The last tweak was REWIRING every motor cable to be braided AND
REROUTE 12v power line to RAMPS to follow every wall of the frames.(make it far away from other signal cables as far as possible).
The result was very successful.
I guess interference by12V cable caused stepper motor get corrupted signal and it leads to unexpected layer movement.
I was silly that has not thought serious about importance of cabling.
