This is for my POV batons. I can’t say this will be the final design, but it’s a step closer. 19mm x 50mm, stacked. I dropped one component already, a DC barrel connector, because it’s big and it was turning into a headache how to get it mounted and through the tube wall. With it gone, that means I can swap out the charging IC for one that only uses VBUS power, as opposed to the one I’m using now which can use VBUS or DC. While the DC version would’ve charged the battery much faster, trying to figure out how/where to put it so it works with the tube was causing me to start going bald … I still need to figure out how to mount this inside the tube.

EagleCAD for the schematic and board layout, then exported to Sketchup. 95% of the models are available on the warehouse. The other 5% I drew myself following datasheet dimensions.
Hrm, just thought of an idea for the DC barrel … it may survive the cut after all!
