This is going in the OPPOSITE direction that most folks want…

But has anyone found a “dumb”(ie single color) led strip in LESS than 30 LEDs/M?

I have a 100m run that doesn’t require much lighting so “30/60/120”/m is overkill.

Try some of the pixel “node” strings, maybe?

I like these compact 3 LED injection molded modules because they are durable and can be arranged in a tight grid with no space between modules or cut and used individually or cut and further extended between modules to cover a longer run.
