This Is how i see the extruder would go but one arm is higher that the other two will that cause a problem?

Probably. Everything needs to be fairly square, and that’s pretty off.

On a delta, if one set of arms is higher than the others at the outside joints, it means the effector will be closer to the tower that the higher set of arms is connected to.
I think some may just say “turn on the printer and turn it off after it homes”. But I just guessing that it would be their answer.
If the effector can clear the base, it might not hurt any to hook it up now. I never assembled that one though.

Measure the height from the top of the rods to the top of the printer. If they are all the same you have a problem. Hopefully the lower arms are slightly further away. If so just push them back.
