This is my first led project using arduino and the fastled library. I didn’t know anything about coding or leds before this so I learned a lot and was quite impressed with my results. I made the hat from a hiking sleeping mat and craft foam then outlined it in WS2812B led strip. This was a fun project and it got a lot of love at Burning Man this year. Going to be starting version 2 soon, hoping to add more patterns and a button to toggle through the patterns, right now its just a 4 pattern loop from the demo reel 100 example.
