This is quasi-related. Im currently developing a board built around the Atmega32u4 to control an LED matrix using FastLED. But i also want to be able to sell this board. It has a built in MEMS microphone and MSGEQ7 spectrum analyzer. Do any of you know if there are any certifications im required to get before selling this?
Are you selling to the military? Then it needs to be up to the MIL-SPEC standard.
Are you selling to the DIY community (such as yourself)? Then it needs to be up to the BEER standard.
Possibly: BEER = water, hops, barley, yeast
If it’s wifi or Bluetooth you might want to get it FCC certified
No wireless connectivity
