I’ve been having a hell of a time getting the nozzles both level. At 0,0 the nozzles are level but when you move the head in the negative y direction the 2nd extruder jams into the bed… I’ve been looking through all the wikis and can’t find a cure. Anyone know how to fix this?

I not very familiar with your printer but the physics of the situation would indicate that your bed is not entirely flat or not completely parallel to the movement of the head gantry. I’d focus on tips in that area and see if you can find a solution.

I’m trying different diag rod length now… It moves fine on the x but the y axis has variable heights. A motor is directly in line with the y axis which I believe is what is causing the variable heights in that direction

Well I measured and the length was correct
