This is the main body of the mac pi. It’s the largest part in the project and takes about 4hrs 35min to print at 90/120 speeds on a rep2. I’ve optimized the design to print with any support. The largest overhang is 57mm long and printed exceptionally well. The overhangs on the stand-offs weren’t much of a problem with 2mm chamfers applied to the bottom edges. The holes in the speaker section introduce a bit of wobble, and the branding on the side generated bits of artifacts. Rep2 continues to out perform (in quality) my printerBot metal and taz4. Makerware did a decent job on this part.
No support so you had to bridge the openings and what slicer program do you use.
