This is the second prototype of a 300300~350mm build volume capable (currently limited by the size of the bed) #3DPrinter that i designed and build . i started the process during the holidays after graduating 10th grade and it actually came alive on 26th september and the first print was done on october 1st, 2017, finally it’s in a condition to show off so i did.

the blue prints are ABS and the grey is PLA.
other than slight extrusion issues due to the extruder and slight z-wobble because one of the leadscrew is slightly bend .

i designed all the printed parts except parts like the x carriage and extruder and spool holder which was designed by tech2c, special thanks to tech2c for that . I used some parts which was not designed by me because printing parts from a 3d printing service is expensive and i cannot afford prototyping parts without owning a 3d printer

this is the second prototype and it will not last long because i will upgrade it to the 3rd prototype and make it something special :wink:

Looks great! Really like the cube-vase thing in the background, is the model available?

I’ve also designed and built a printer with 300x350x250 build volume and close chamber. Bed leveling on such sizes is complex but I don’t see how you managed to keep horizontal of the bed with this mechanical approach. Seems to me the corners of your current bed have unstable Z-height.
Prints are certainly good looking.

@Anton_Ovchinnikov  i don’t have a 300300 bed because it’s not available where I live. i currently have a mk2b 200200 heated bed and I perfectly leveled it with those leveling screws .
I will add the big bed soon or make a bed with zoned heating to save some money for small prints
The next prototype wil have a heated build chamber , a long way to go :wink:

@Peter_Hertel you mean the grey vase? It’s from thingiverse, search for ‘vase’ in thingiverse.
If you meant the blue one , it’s from youmagine ,search for ‘vase’ there
