This thin walled container came out with opposing convex concave sides. The last one did not have this problem. I am thinking this might be related to ambient temperature. Thoughts?

Willing to bet you got a heated bed and open print area? I’ve seen this with my delta with cooling problems depending on the type of plastic.

Certainly do. I can close the print area, but I don’t right now because I have a feed problem and need to keep an eye on things.

What kinda plastic is it? Abs?

@Jules_Hoehn with the sheen/popping it looks like Nylon. (Edit: As stated in original post – it’s Taulman Bridge)

Yea, I like how easy it is to adhere and print bridge although I made the mistake or printing a structural part of the x carriage and get flex when there is tension on the spool. Hence the feed problem.

@ThantiK didn’t know bridge was a polymer.

@Jules_Hoehn Taulman Bridge is Nylon. More info here: http://taulman3d.com/bridge-features.html
