Thomas Sanladerer it works great now,

@Thomas_Sanladerer it works great now, it can actually finish a print without shifting at the end. And it’s way quieter. In the pic the difference in height on both sides is around .2-.5mm and the re aligning of my z axis helped a lot.

Now I can start pumping out kits again

Oh and I forgot to change my Slic3r settings so it was printed with support as seen by some of the jagged edges around the holes.

Gratz. Nice lookin print.

Thank you, working on a wades extruder now.

Those parts look pretty good - glad I could help.

How did you fix the issue? Did you only realign your z axis or was there more to it? I only ask for anyone else who encounters similar problems.

@William_Warren Mainly what I did after failing to attempt the heated bed straight on the aluminium plate was to just go with the Spring loaded heated bed on an aluminium plate with NO Glass and NO frog plate.

This lightened up the Y-stage quite a bit. Re aligning my Z-axis was a must as my prints had a slight angle to them and it was bothering me. I also re aligned the Y axis smooth rods.

I’m currently running the last mins of an 8hr print and it looks great, cept for one small corner of a vertices pulled up a bit.

I hope you are printing in abs. I made the mistake of having my printers parts out of pla. The parts are warping and the joints are cracking.

@Stephanie_A Ya all my printer parts are abs, the only parts that are pla are the big frame stabilizers, the LCD case and the spool rack witch is working exceptionally well.

A wire came off my extruder stepper connection last night on a 9hr print, so I have to fix that before I can start printing again.
