great stuff. what settings and bit did you use to cut the acrylic? also, do you have a video of finishing it?
So I am still rocking a so2 with quiet cut and i was cutting at 500mm/min (it was actually polycarb) with a doc of 1mm. It was pretty loud but fairly nice edge! Unfortunately I just did photos which are on the instructable linked in the vid description!
