Thought you guys might like this…
I 3d printed a few plastic bits so that I can mount a 120mm PC fan to the back of the tinyG.
Just curious, are these boards known to get hot, or is this just a precautionary measure?
A giant 120mm fan is probably over kill, but its what i had lying around.
According to the wiki: “a fan is recommended if the motors are pulling more than 2 amps per winding, especially if the board is in an enclosure… most of the heat comes off the bottom copper, so be sure to provide air circulation for the bottom of the board as well as the top”
