Tinkering with an idea to rebuild my y axis. I think I can mount bearings on all four sides of my square section rails using threaded rod and mdf. The nuts should allow fine tuning of the fit whilst also giving me a y+z axis that has less depth and more reissuance to torquing under heavy cuts.
