To all @Printrbot users:
We run our Printrbot Simples allways by SD card. Because inserting the built in microSD card is too tricky, I added a SD card adapter. Due to the stress from inserting the adapter to the Printrboard, the adapter sticks no longer firmly in the slot (we use the printer in school).
Any recommendations how I can fix this?
For microsd’s it’s possible to bend the little clip that keeps it in place. If that’s not the case, you might want to just replace the slot. A hot air station can do this.
I know lots of schools won’t let you, but have you considered running octoprint to get it completely off your network? No mechanical wear.

The octoprint solution is no option. The admin is driving nuts when I ask for such a solution. And trust me, he is really a control freak…
