To anyone having Z offset issues with Marlin RC7. It appears that when the Z_SAFE_HOMING is enabled when using a Z probe that requires a Z offset that the offset doesn’t get applied. So, to fix this in RC7, just rem out the line #define Z_SAFE_HOMING and your Z offset should start working again.
