Not trying to spoil his accomplishment, just asking. I know just enough to be dangerous.
I don’t think it’s chatter the machine isn’t making that sound. It’s weird. Fushion360 didn’t do a finish all the way across or a second finishing pass

You should simulate before machining to check for errors. CNC is great once it is all setup, but before then it can be as much of a hassle as anything else is. You have to just keep plugging away at the post processing, until you get a file that runs right.
