I ordered a shield and an LCD and received a shield only. No response from customer support. I was curious if this is a widespread thing?

Uberclock has a ton of backlog on email ( which they are working very hard on fixing ), but they are not scamming anyone, they will get to your problem and fix it.
So taking my money and not delivering is not ripping me off?
I am certain this is an accident, nobody is trying to rip you off here, there was probably just a mistake when shipping.

Edit : If you could give me your order number it’d help me make sure this gets resolved fast.
