Up next for me is a possible redesign and print of my delta arm ends. That or I might switch rod connection types which would be a big change for me. Some of the holes widened on my delta arm ends or I would not worry about it.
I switched from spherical magnets to universal type joints with ball bearings. They work great!
I was using these rod ends that I designed. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:334094
Those are nice! Would small brass bushings work to help keep the holes from wearing?
@Daniel_Jones I don’t know. Probably, but it they must not be very thick. If they are thick, it will cause movement issues.
I checked last night and someone did a remix of my rod ends too.
I’ve been really happy with my ball bearing U-joint design http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:849794
The bearing pocket fit is fairly sensitive to printer tuning, unfortunately. Hard to avoid that.
Have a look at this http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:918659
Worked very nice for me.
Now I’m with compact version http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1424199
that still requires some improvements, so the work is in progress.
