Update 2 on the 3D printed Delta.

Update 2 on the 3D printed Delta.

Managed to put together the entire structure (in CAD - a lot of printing ahead).
Couldn’t help myself from not using bearings for the joints, but, considering I bought 28 (2x14) for 2.99 from eBay, I’ll say it’s not a bad thing to have - it will definitely add to the longevity of the movement (how I like to call the entire hotend-mount/arms/sliders assembly).
Instead of using smooth rods + LMxUUs i’ve found this 10x10x1 Al L profile that is more than perfect. Grease will be added so there shouldn’t be any sliding issues - nothing big anyway.
Reduced all dimensions to the “minimum”, but I’ll print some differently dimensioned arms before going ahead with the assembly - maybe even small “I” beams… to be tested.
Cannot go around all the M3 screws.

This is a 3D pdf of the assembly. Download and enable 3D viewing. the file is safe.

Suggestions for the bed fixtures are welcome ( 'cause it’s not yet done). I’m thinking of making a cork+PCB+3mm Al plate sandwich and lying it flat on the frame.
One more thing, the bed will be a hexagon
