Use Camera to Find and Cut Outline

I have done a quick search but have not found an answer. Does LaserWeb support finding then cutting the outline of an object?
Some of the expensive laser hardware/software combos support this feature. I know Glowforge (check is in the mail) touts this feature and so does Epilog.

Thanks! I am sure I can do something with a grid and size. Just a little more work.

It is not the offset that is the real issue, it is the size relative to the position. Say I put a picture of a christmas tree that I want to cut out. I have to take a picture of the tree. Then I will need to make sure that the “size” and relative position is correct. If I have a grid of known size and position, I can then duplicate that on LaserWeb and position the edited picture in the correct spot and orientation.

Glowforge has had to cut back on a lot of their claims regarding what they can do, esp. with those camera’s… Are they shipping yet BTW?
