Used a nice instructable to cut out some little projects for my grandsons last night. Used this instructable and Cut2D: http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Make-Wooden-MineCraft-Toys/
Now the grandsons can paint them up and assemble these with some dowel rods to complete.
For those interested in Cut2D, this instructable goes through taking a PDF or DXF and producing the g-code to cut these parts.
