Do you have details on how you’ve set up your DW660? I’m still using stock spindle mounts and no vacuum or dust shoe, and your 3D printed (?) solution looks really solid.

I still plan some improvements but these work well.
Is that 3/4" ply you’re cutting there? If so, what feed/speed are you using?
That is 1/2 inch plywwood at 60 ipm and 0.05" doc. I still experiment with this.
